LEFT OR RIGHT 4-SPEED COUNTERSHAFT BUSHING RACE 76-86 HARLEY FLH FX HD 36048-76A

Description

This is a new replacement standard size countershaft case bushing or race for the left or right side of many Harley big twin 4-speed shovelhead transmissions (left side on late 1976-1986 and right side on 1980-1986 models).  Fits all late 1976 through 1986 Harley models that use HD part # 36048-76A.  This generally includes the models shown on the list below.  Buyer should confirm fitment on your bike by part number.  Also replaces V-Twin # 17-0177, Drag Specialties # DS196172, Eastern # A-36048-76A and Mid-USA part # 74615.  Approximate measurements are: ID  0.752" & OD  1.125" & lip thickness 0.064".  The earlier countershaft (loose roller type, 1936-early 1976) is 0.753" OD and it should not be used with this bushing.  This bushing is used with the later late 1976-1986 0.750" diameter countershaft and transmissions.  If you have any questions, just let us know.
